Abstract | ||||
In this work we will introduce a new statistical model for surviving distributions which has an increasing failure rate. The proposed statistical model has one or two parameters and these parameters will be estimated using the method of moments and the method of maximum likelihood with complete and censored type II sampling. A numerical example will be introduced to illustrate our resulting using actual failure data. | ||||
