Abstract | ||||
This paper studies the equilibrium behaviour of the general service discipline M/G/1/N-1 queueing system. Such a service system has one server with general service distribution whose customers arrive in accordance with a Poisson process. The states stationary probability distribution under different service disciplines are obtained. In addition, the results presented here are also useful in the analysis of more complex queueing models. | ||||
