Abstract | ||
Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have been tested in vivo and in vitro for its antioxidant and antitumor activity, cytotoxicity of AuNPs have been studied in vitro and found that a concentration of 7 mg/ml decrease the EAC count by 41.8%. There was a very high significant increase in catalase (CAT) activity by 90.6% and very high significant decrease in malonodialdehyde (MDA) level, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and serum creatinine by 30.8%, 36.1%, 27% and 56.1% respectively. | ||
