| Abstract | ||||
| The study focused on the New Urban Communities in general, and on the New Small Communities in particular. It adopts a new developed thought and a policy that parallels the policy of the new large urban communities to become more appropriate and feasible, commensurate with the nature of the local community and its problems and local requirements, as an attempt to address those issues left over from previous policies in Egypt. The study relies on the inductive approach in presenting the basic concepts of the new micro-urban communities, and the research used the deductive analysis method to analyze the content, impose hypotheses, and diagnose the current situation to reach a proposal for the new urban communities in the light of the indicators and lessons learned from the analysis process. ركزت الدراسة على المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة بصفة عامة وعلى المجتمعات الجديدة الصغرى بصفة خاصة؛ حيث تبني فكر جديد متطور وسياسة توازي سياسة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة الكبرى لتصبح أكثر ملائمة وذات جدوى تناسب طبيعة المجتمع المحلى ومشكلاته ومتطلباته المحلية كمحاولة لمعالجة تلك القضايا التي خلفتها السياسات السابقة في مصر. وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي في عرض المفاهيم الأساسية للمجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة الصغرى، كما استخدم البحث المنهج التحليل الاستنتاجي لتحليل المضمون وفرض الفروض وتشخيص الوضع الراهن للوصول إلي مقترح للتجمعات العمرانية الجديدة في ضوء المؤشرات والدروس المستفادة من عملية التحليل. | ||||
