| Abstract | ||||
| Our research deals with the following topic, which is (the role of international conventions and organizations in protecting freedom of opinion and expression in both Egypt and Tunisia), and freedom of opinion and expression is one of the topics that occupied great importance in the research arena because of its great importance at the present time, especially after the Arab Spring revolutions, and specifically Especially for those societies that were able to liberate themselves from the eras of tyranny, tyranny, marginalization, and one party. There comes talk about the right to express an opinion, in general and in particular, in the Egyptian and Tunisian constitutions and laws, and our studies talk about the rights and freedom of opinion and expression in the constitutions of both Egypt and Tunisia and the need to use it always, continuously, effectively and purposefully in all constitutions as a need and an urgent necessity and its consolidation as a culture and behavior In all affairs pertaining to the individual and society, it is included in all constitutions in all countries of the world, especially in most democratic systems represented by texts and provisions on freedom of opinion and expression, freedom of information, press and publication and their protection. The Egyptian constitution and the Tunisian constitution express this freedom of expression, freedom of publication and freedom of expression. The opinion We presented the current research, including two topics, and the main question was the extent to which the people of these two countries enjoy political rights and freedoms in general and freedom of opinion in particular? We used the comparative approach, and some previous studies that spoke about freedom of opinion and expression in Egypt and Tunisia, and we presented some agreements and constitutions that spoke about freedom of opinion and expression in Egypt and Tunisia. | ||||
