Abstract | ||||
This study comprehensively examines the effects of real estate exhibitions in Cairo on the environment, society, and economy. It aims to uncover visitors' motivations, behaviors, and experiences. The environmental aspect assesses exhibitions' environmental impact, including carbon emissions and sustainable practices. The social dimension analyzes attendees' backgrounds, interactions, and community engagement. The economic dimension studies how exhibitions affect the local economy, job opportunities, and investment. Through surveys, interviews, and observations, data is collected from diverse visitors. Results highlight the influence of these dimensions, promoting environmental awareness and sustainable practices. Exhibitions contribute to economic growth, job creation, and informed real estate investments. Findings recommend promoting sustainability, increasing environmental awareness, and endorsing eco-friendly initiatives within the real estate sector. | ||||
