Abstract | ||
The research aimed to identify the impact of applying digital transformation on the sustainable performance of human resources by applying it to the employees of the Supreme Council of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. In order to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was designed for the research variables, and the descriptive analytical method was used toverify the validity or invalidity of the proposed research hypotheses. The results: Some departments in sustainable performance management (human resources) use new administrative patterns to keep pace with technology, and employee data is recorded in a modern technical manner. The institution has an information technology unit; This is to qualify employees and leaders. The Foundation is always developing its communication networks; In order to reach all its employees quickly and easily. Recommendations: Develop clear and explicit plans for the periodic maintenance of programs and their continuous updating, and that they have a clear computer item. Publish reports on social and environmental performance indicators, whether for the institution or for the Human Resources Department in particular, on a regular basis.
