| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى تقَصِّي فعالية برنامج تدريبيّ مُقترح لتنمية أنماط التفكير الرياضي لدى معلمات التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم وأثره على كفاءاتهن التدريسيةّ، وتَألَّفت عينة الدراسة من (30) معلمة من معلمات التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم بمدارس التعليم العام الملحقة بها برامج صعوبات التَّعلم في مدينتيّ جدة ومكة المكرمة. وتم استخدام المنهج الشِّبه التَجريبيّ ، ومقياس أنماط التفكير الرياضي، ومقياس الكفاءة التدريسية (من إعداد الباحثة)، وتم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبيّ (عن بُعد). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروقٌ ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة بين متوسطَيّ رُتَب أفراد المجموعة التجريبيَّة في مستوى أنماط التفكير الرياضيّ لدى معلمات التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التَّعلم بين القياسين القَبليّ والبَعْديّ؛ وذلك لصالح القياس البَعديّ. ووجود فروقٌ ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة بين متوسطَيّ رُتَب أفراد المجموعة التجريبيَّة والضابطة في مستوى أنماط التفكير الرياضيّ لدى معلمات التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم في القياس البَعديّ؛ وذلك لصالح المجموعة التجريبيَّة. بالإضافة إلى وجود فروقٌ ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة بين متوسطَيّ رُتَب أفراد المجموعة التجريبيَّة في مستوى الكفاءة التدريسيَّة لدى معلمات التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم بين القياسين القَبليّ والبَعْديّ؛ وذلك لصالح المجموعة التجريبيَّة، وعدم وجود فروق في مجالَي الكفاءات الخاصَّة بالسمات الشخصيَّة والسلوكيَّة وكفاءات النمو الأخلاقي والإنسانيّ. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of a proposed training program for developing mathematical thinking patterns among teachers of students with learning disabilities and its impact on their teaching competencies. The study sample consisted of (30) teachers of learning disabilities in general education schools in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The quasi-experimental approach was used, The mathematical thinking scale, teaching competence scale, and the training program was applied (online). Results showed the presence of statistically significant differences between the experimental group members in the level of mathematical thinking patterns in the pre and post measurements in favor of the post measures, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the experimental and control group in the level of mathematical thinking patterns in post measures; this is in favor of the experimental group in the post measures. In addition to the presence of statistically significant differences between the experimental group in the level of teaching competencies in the pre and post measurements; this is in favor of the experimental group in the post measures, and there are no differences in the areas of competencies for personal and behavioral traits and moral and human growth. | ||||
