| Abstract | ||||
| مستخلص البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي إلي دراسة فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية بعض مهارات اتخاذ القرار لدي معلمة الروضة في ضوء رؤية مصر (2030) واعتمدت الباحثة علي المنهج الشبة التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من عدد(30) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بإدارة الزيتون التعليمية التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم بالقاهرة ، كما استخدمت الباحثة مجموعة من الأدوات وهم كالأتي: مقياس مهارات أتخاذ القرار لدي معلمة الروضة .( إعداد الباحثة) ، و برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات أتخاذ القرار لدي معلمة الروضة في ضوء رؤية مصر (2030). (إعداد الباحثة)، وقد أوضحت النتائج إلي وجود فاعلية للبرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات اتخاذ القرار لدى المعلمات. Summary of the research: The current research aims to study the effectiveness of a training program to develop some of the decision-making skills of the kindergarten teacher in light of Egypt’s Vision (2030). The researcher relied on the one-group semi-experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample consisted of (30) kindergarten teachers administered by Al-Zaytoun Educational School, affiliated with the Directorate of Education in Cairo. The researcher also used a set of tools, which are as follows: A measure of the kindergarten teacher’s decision-making skills. (Prepared by the researcher), and a training program to develop the kindergarten teacher’s decision-making skills in light of Egypt’s Vision (2030). (Prepared by the researcher). The results showed that there is an effectiveness of the training program in developing the decision-making skills of teachers. | ||||
