| Abstract | ||||
| سعت الدراسة لمعرفة مدى تعرف الجمهور علي المبادرات الرئاسية (حياة كريمة) من خلال التعرض للفيس بوك ومدى وعيه بهذه المبادرة. من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين تعرض الجمهور للفيس بوك وزيادة وعيه بالمشاركة المجتمعية للمبادرات الرئاسية (حياة كريمة) وتنمية روح الانتماء لديه . اعتمدت الدراسة علي نظرية الاعتماد علي وسائل الإعلام كإطار نظري رئيسي للدراسة. وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية واعتمدت الباحثة علي المنهج المسح الإعلامي بشقية الوصفي والتحليلي والمنهج المقارن واستخدمت الباحثة أداة الاستبيان لعينة عمدية مكونة من ٥٠٠ مفردة من محافظات (القاهرة والإسكندرية والغربية والمنيا). أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة : أهمية منصات التواصل الاجتماعي واستخدمها من قبل عينة الدراسة بشكل دائم، ويرجع ذلك لأن عدد مستخدمي منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر ٤٦ مليون نسمة، وهو ما يشير إلى أهمية استخدام هذه المنصات لتوعية الجمهور بالمبادرات الرئاسية. والفيس بوك من أهم منصات التواصل الاجتماعي التي يفضلها عينة الدراسة، ويرجع ذلك إلى أن ٩٦٪ من المصريين لديهم منصة الفيس بوك وفقاً لإحصائيات مركز دعم واتخاذ القرار في استطلاع يناير ٢٠٢٣م. من أهم أسباب استخدام الجمهور لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي هو تكوين رأي حول مشكلات المجتمع ومن هنا يستطيع حل مشكلات المجتمع المحيطة به. جاءت مبادرة حياة كريمة من أهم المبادرات التي تعرف عليها الجمهور من خلال منصة التواصل الاجتماعي ( الفيس بوك ) بنسبة٦٨٪ من عينة الدراسة. زادت المبادرات الرئاسية من دعم روح الانتماء بجهود الدولة لدى جمهور الدراسة. كما أوضحت الدراسة أنه تختلف درجة استخدام المبحوثين لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تبعاً لاختلاف درجة الاهتمام بمتابعة الموضوعات التي تتناول المبادرات الرئاسية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المبحوثين على مقياس الوعي بالمبادرات الرئاسية تبعاً لاختلاف مستوى استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. وتزداد درجة استخدام المبحوثين لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للحصول على المعلومات حول المبادرات الرئاسية تبعاً لاختلاف مستوى الثقة بصدق وموضوعية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كمصدر للمعلومات حول المبادرات الرئاسية. The study aimed to find out to what the extent is the public familiar with the presidential initiatives ( Decent Life) through exposure to Facebook and the extent of awareness of this initiative through the relationship between the public's exposure to Facebook, increasing its awareness of community participation in the presidential initiative (Decent Life) and developing through the spirit of belonging among people. The study relied on the theory of media dependence as the main theoretical framework. This study used the descriptive studies. The researcher relied on the method of the media survey in its different aspects: the descriptive, analytical, and comparative methods. The study used the questionnaire tool for an intentional sample consisting of 500 individuals from the governorates: Cairo, Alexandria, Gharbeya, and Minya. The study finds the importance of social media platforms and their use by the study sample permanently. This occurs for the number of users of social media platforms in Egypt is 46 million people, which indicates the importance of these platforms for raising public awareness of presidential initiatives. Facebook is one of the most important social media platforms preferred by the study sample, because 96 % of Egyptians have a Facebook platform according to the statistics of Information and Decision Support Center in January's survey. The public uses social media platforms to form an opinion about the problems of society. Hence, they can solve the problems of the surrounding society. Decent Life initiative was one of the most known initiatives among the public through the social networking platform ( Facebook ) by 68 % of the study sample. Presidential initiatives have increased the support of the spirit of belonging to the efforts of the state among the study sample. Also, the study showed that the degree of use of social networking sites by respondents varies depending on the degree of interest in following up topics that address presidential initiatives through social networking sites. There are significant differences between the average scores of respondents on the scale of awareness of presidential initiatives depending on the different levels of use of social networking sites. The degree to which respondents use social networking sites to obtain information about presidential initiatives increases depending on the difference in the level of trust of the credibility and objectivity of social networking sites as a source of information about presidential initiatives. | ||||
