Abstract | ||||
:this study aimed at : Describe the level of health services in Rural health units of study sample, Describe the level of health services in Urban governmental hospitals of study sample, Identify the different relationships between the independent variables and respondents evaluation of the roles played by Rural health units (organizational performance) in the study sample as a dependent variable, Identify the different relationships between the independent variables and respondents evaluation of the roles played by urban governmental hospitals (organizational performance) in the study sample as a dependent variable. The study was conducted in Menoufia Governorate, and the university hospital (government hospital) was chosen as a representative of the Shebin Al-Kom Center and the health unit in Shenwan as a representative of the village of Shenwan, and the selection of Quesna Central Hospital (government hospital) representing the center of Quesna and the health unit in um Henan as a representative of the village of um Henan, where a simple random sample was selected and the number of members of the study sample reached 400 respondents from patients benefiting | ||||
