| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف البحث إلى:- التعرف على القرائن التي تلحق بالحديث الموقوف على الصحابي فتلحقه بالمرفوع المسند إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في العمل بمقتضاه والاحتجاج به ؛ وذلك لأن العلماء قد اختلفوا في الاحتجاج بالحديث الموقوف على الصحابي, فمن العلماء من قال بالعمل بقول الصحابي ومنهم من لم ير ذلك, لكن هناك من الأحاديث الموقوفة على الصحابي ما حكم أكثر العلماء برفعه حكما وإن كان موقوفا لفظا وذلك من خلال القرائن التي تلحقه سواء كانت قرائن لفظية كقول التابعي عن الصحابي يرفعه أو ينميه أو يبلغ به أو يقول الصحابي من السنة فعل كذا أو يقول كنا نفعل كذا سواء أضافه إلى عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أم لا, أو قرائن معنوية كأن يكون الحديث مما لا مجال للرأي فيه أو يكون تفسيرًا للصحابي يتعلقُ بسبب نزول آية من القرآن الكريم. The research aims to: - Identifying the clues that are attached to the hadith suspended on the companion, and it is attached to the raised Hadith which is attributed to the Prophet may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, in working according to it and invoking it; This is because the scholars have differed in invoking the hadith suspended on the companion, so among the scholars who said to work by the saying of the companion and some of them did not see that, but there are hadiths suspended on the companion that most scholars decided to raise it even if it was suspended verbally and this is through the clues attached to it, whether verbal clues such as the Successor saying about the companion: he raises it or develop it or inform it or the companion says that it is from the Sunnah to do such or we were doing such and such, whether he added it to the era of the Prophet peace be upon him or not, or moral clues such as that the hadith is of which there is no room for opinion in it or be an interpretation of the companion related to the reason for the revelation of a verse from the Holy Qur'an. | ||||
