| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص: يهدف البحث إلى بيان مفهوم "الطائفة الممتنعة" عند جماعات العنف، وموقف "التراث الإسلامي" من هذا المفهوم، وكيف تناولت جماعات العنف مسألة "الطائفة الممتنعة" والإشكاليات والآثار المترتبة على ذلك، وقد أكد البحث أن جماعات العنف هي تلك الجماعات التي غالت وكفرت المسلمين، واستباحت دمائهم، وقد نشأت هذه الجماعات في الستينات من القرن الماضي، وقد عرفت هذه الجماعات "الطائفة الممتنعة" بأنها كل جماعة امتنعت ببعضها، ذات شوكة، وتركت شريعة من شرائع الإسلام الظاهرة والمتواترة. وبناء على هذا التعريف ذهبت إلى أن حكام المسلمين وأجهزة الدولة طائفة ممتنعة، ومن ثم قامت بتكفيرهم، واستحلت دمائهم، وقد ذكر البحث جملة من الإشكاليات حول هذا المسألة، منها: التوسع في إدخال عموم المسلمين ضمن مفهوم "الطائفة الممتنعة"، وتشبيه الواقع المعاصر بعصر ابن تيمية وإلزام المسلمين بآرائه، وقد ذكر الباحث – أيضًا – جملة من الآثار المترتبة على الفهم الخاطئ لهذه المسألة، ومنها: تشويه صورة الدعوة الإسلامية بشكل عام، والضعف السياسي والاقتصادي والعسكري للدول الإسلامية، وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة التأكيد على أنَّ أفضلَ الطُّرق لمواجهة ظاهرة التطرُّف، هي الدِّراساتُ العلميَّة الجادَّة والمُسْتنيرة. وأصى – أيضًا - بضرورة إنشاء مشروعٍ يعمل على جمع فتاوى الشيخ ابن تيميَّة ومُناقشتها ومُناقشة ما يُثار حولها من أصحاب الغلوِّ والتطرُّف. Abstract: The research aims to elucidate the concept of "Abstaining sect" within violent groups, the stance of "Islamic heritage" on this concept, how violent groups have addressed the issue of the "Abstaining sect" and the resulting problems and impacts. The research confirms that violent groups are those that exaggerate and accuse Muslims of disbelief, permitting the shedding of their blood. These groups emerged in the 1960s and identified the "Abstaining sect" as any group abstaining from certain Islamic principles, forsaking a visible and established Islamic law. According to this definition, these groups suggest that Muslim rulers and state apparatus constitute an Abstaining sect, leading to accuse them of disbelief and sanctioning the spilling of their blood. The research highlights several problematic aspects, including expanding the inclusion of all Muslims within the concept of the "Abstaining sect," comparing the contemporary reality to Ibn Taymiyyah's era, and enforcing Muslims to adhere to his opinions. Furthermore, the research also mentions a series of repercussions resulting from the misinterpretation of this issue, such as tarnishing the image of Islamic preaching in general, and the political, economic, and military weaknesses of Islamic nations. The research recommends emphasizing that the most effective ways to combat extremism are serious and enlightened scientific studies. Additionally, it suggests the necessity of establishing a project that gathers the religious edicts (fatwas) of Sheikh Ibn Taymiyyah, discussing them, and addressing the issues raised by extremists and radicals. | ||||
