Abstract | ||||
This research discussed the impact of glass ceiling perceptions (Denial - Resilience – Resignation – Acceptance) on subjective career success, through organizational culture, with the application on Beni-Suef governorate general office. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of the relationship between glass ceiling perceptions as independent variable and organizational culture as moderate variable and subjective career success as a dependent variable. The model was tested on a sample of (206) female staff in in Beni-Suef Governorate General Office. The result of the statistical analysis explains that there is a direct negative significance effect of glass ceiling perceptions on subjective career success, and organizational culture moderate this relationship, finally; the research proposed a framework for the role of organizational culture in the relationship between glass ceiling perceptions and subjective career success in Beni-Suef Governorate General Office. Based on the results of the research, the researcher present a number of recommendations in an action plan for Governorate General Office in Beni-Suef. | ||||
