Abstract | ||||
The research aims to identify the impact of high-performance work systems on work engagement and using the descriptive analytical approach, and the collection of theoretical information from library sources, and data through a questionnaire distributed to (374) individual workers in local administration units in Dakahlia Governorate, and the correct lists of them (307) single with a response rate of (82⁒) has been using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) The study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a differentiation of workers' attitudes towards high-performance work systems and enhancing work engagement in local administration units, as well as a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of high-performance work systems and the dimensions of work engagement The study recommended the need to pay attention Developing the professional commitment of employees in local administration units in Dakahlia Governorate by identifying the employee who is open to training, development and skills acquisition activities during the local leadership selection process, the need for continuous improvement of high-performance work systems practices, which mainly include practices that enhance skills, motivation and participation in local administration units in Dakahlia Governorate. | ||||
