Abstract: In this paper an optimal strategy is proposed to design intercept receivers that can measure and track the frequencies of simultaneous CW frequency hopping signals with a certain resolution at a 100% intercept probability. The strategy goal is to minimize the frequency measurement time and maximize the discernible frequency-hopping rate. | ||||
