Recent advancements in Kung Fu have led to changes in offensive and defensive strategies. Understanding the offensive tactics of Kung Fu Sanda athletes is crucial for systematic training improvement. A proposed training program integrates offensive tactics to enhance youth athletes' reaction skills. This research introduces a new dimension to Kung Fu training and may benefit sports clubs and specialized education institutions. The study aims to improve skill variables like offense, defence, counter-offense, and deceptive attacks in Kung Fu athletes, particularly in Sanda. The research findings indicate a positive impact of the training program, emphasizing the importance of attack combinations in training. | ||
