| Abstract | ||||
| من فضل الله تعالى على عباده أن أنزل عليهم شريعته الكاملة الصالحة لكل أمور الدنيا والآخرة. والشرائع منذ بدء الخليقة حتى حاضرنا من الأمور التي يثار بشأنها الجدل، وتحتدم حولها النقاشات بين المؤمنين بها من جانب، وبين خصومها من جانب آخر، وقد ازداد في عصرنا الحاضر ممارسة البعض لصور الانتقادات والهجوم على الشرائع. ونظراً إلى قدسية- الأديان- والشرائع في العالم فقد سعت أغلب الدول إلى وضع ضوابط لعدم التعدي على الأديان والشرائع، والحفاظ على مقدساتها ، ولعظم هذا الأمر فقد سارعت المواثيق الدولية في العصر الحديث إلى وضع ضوابط لحفظ حرية الدين، والعقيدة، وحرية الرأي والتعبير. وقد ضمت دساتير بعض الدول وقوانينها الداخلية النص على حرية الدين والاعتقاد، ووجوب احترام الشرائع ومقدساتها حفاظاً على الأمن المجتمعي. ولأهمية وعظم هذا الأمر فقد قام المشرع في الدول العربية ومعظم الدول الأجنبية بوضع قواعد للمسئولية على كل ما يعد ازدراء للشرائع ومقدساتها One of the graces of Allah Almighty upon His servants is that He revealed to them His perfect law, All laws from the beginning of creation until our present are among the issues raised in controversy, and debates rage between believers on one hand and their opponents on the other hand; even between followers of one religion or law at times. In our present era. In view of the sanctity of religions and laws in the world, most countries have sought to set controls not to infringe on religions and laws and to preserve their sanctities and rituals. The greatness of this matter, international covenants in the modern era hastened to set controls to preserve freedom of religion, belief, freedom of opinion and expression, and the obligation to respect Religions, laws and sanctities related to them. The constitutions of some countries and their internal laws included provisions for freedom of religion and belief, and the obligation to respect religions and laws and their sanctities, and criminalized contempt for them, and imposed penalties on those who disrespect religions and laws in order to preserve community security. | ||||
