| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف البحث الحالى إلى دراسة صراع الأدوار لدى الزوجات العاملات وعلاقته بالصمت الزواجى، تم اعداد أدوات الدراسة (استمارة البيانات العامة، مقياس صراع الادوار للزوجات، استبيان الصمت الزواجى)، تم تطبيقها على عينة عددها (390) زوجة تم اختيارهم بطريقة غرضية من محافظة القاهرة والجيزة، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى، وكانت أهم النتائج كالتالى: أكثر محاور صراع الأدوار كان صراع الأدوار الأسرية بنسبة 52.7% ، يليه في المرتبة الثانية صراع الأدوار المهنية بنسبة 47.3%، أكثر محاور الصمت الزواجي كان الصمت الإيجابي بنسبة 51.9% ، يليه في المرتبة الثانية الصمت السلبى بنسبة 48.1%، وجود فروق في صراع الأدوار بين أفراد العينة في المستوى التعليمي لصالح أفراد العينة في المستوى المنخفض عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، وجود فروق في صراع الأدوار بين أفراد العينة تبعًا للمهنة لصالح أفراد العينة العاملات بالمهن الدنيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، وجود فروق في صراع الأدوار المهنية بين أفراد العينة تبعًا للسن لصالح أفراد العينة اللاتي كانت أعمارهن أقل من 30 سنة عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، وجود فروق في الصمت الزواجي بين أفراد العينة في المستوى لصالح أفراد العينة في المستوى التعليمي المتوسط عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)، وجود فروق في الصمت الزواجي بين أفراد العينة تبعًا لمدة زواجهن لصالح أفراد العينة اللاتي كانت مدة زواجهن من 10 سنوات فأكثر عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، وجود علاقة ارتباط طردي بين محاور مقياس صراع الأدوار ومحاور مقياس الصمت الزواجي عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، 0.05، المستوى التعليمي كان من أكثر العوامل المؤثرة على صراع الأدوار، يليه المهنة، ويأتي في المرتبة الثالثة مدة الزواج، وأخيرا في المرتبة الرابعة السن. The current research aims to study role conflict among working wives and its relationship to marital silence. Study tools were prepared (general data form, role conflict scale for wives, marital silence questionnaire), and were applied to a sample of (390) wives who were selected in a purposive manner from Cairo and Giza governorates. The research followed the descriptive analytical method, The most important results were as follows: The most common axes of role conflict were family role conflicts, at a rate of 52.7%, followed in second place by professional role conflicts, at a rate of 47.3%. The most common axes of marital silence were positive silence, at a rate of 51.9%, followed in second place by negative silence, at a rate of 48.1%. Differences in role conflict among the sample members at the educational level in favor of the sample members at the low level at the significance level (0.01). There are differences in role conflict among the sample members according to profession in favor of the sample members working in lower professions at the significance level (0.01). There are differences in role conflict among the sample members at the educational level. Professional roles among the sample members according to age, in favor of the sample members who were less than 30 years old at the significance level (0.01), There are differences in marital silence among the sample members at the level in favor of the sample members at the intermediate educational level at the significance level (0.05). There are differences in marital silence among the sample members depending on the duration of their marriage in favor of the sample members whose marriage period was 10 years or more at the significance level ( 0.01), there is a direct correlation between the axes of the role conflict scale and the axes of the marital silence scale at a significance level of 0.01, 0.05. Educational level was one of the factors most affecting role conflict, followed by profession, and in third place was the duration of marriage, and finally in fourth place was age. | ||||
