Abstract
Autism spectrum children in late childhood (from 6 years old - 12 years old) suffer from the lack of friendly and appropriate recreational spaces that help them integrate and interact with their peers in the same age group (late childhood stage) and reduce the social and psychological differences between the autistic child and the normal child by integrating and interacting between them in the public recreational space. This is done by having joint activities between them in the space that work to integrate them together while maintaining the personal space of each of them and dealing with the fears of the autistic child in the recreational space. The inductive approach was used to study the general characteristics and needs of the autistic child and the child with normal characteristics, and the comparative analytical approach was used to compare the needs of the two children affected by the characteristics of the autistic child and the normal child to know the elements of compatibility between them. The study concluded that it is possible to benefit from the compatible standards between the normal child and the autistic child in creating a common spatial environment between them, and it is also possible to deal with the personal space that each child needs in the public recreational space in an interactive manner. يعانى أطفال طيف التوحد في مرحلة الطفولة المتأخرة ( من عمر 6 سنوات - ععمر 12 سنة) من عدم وجود فراغات ترفيهية صديقة ولائمة لهم تساعدهم على الاندماج والتفاعل مع اقرانهم في نفس المرحلة العمرية (مرحلة الطفولة المتأخرة) وتقلقل الفوارق الاجتماعية والنفسية بين الطفل التوحدى والطفل الطبيعى بالدمج والتفاعل بينهم في الفراغ العام الترفيهى. وذلك من خلال وجود أنشطة مشتركة بينهم في الفراغ تعمل على دمجهم معاً مع الحفاظ على المساحة الشخصية لكلاً منهم والتعامل مع مخاوف الطفل التوحدى في الفراغ الترفيهى. باستخدم المنهج الاستقرائى لدراسة السمات العامة والاحتياجات للطفل التوحدى والطفل ذو السمات الطبيعية، واستخدام المنهج التحليلى المقارن لمقارنة احتياجات الطفلين المتأثرة بسمات من الطفل التوحدى والطفل الطبيعى لمعرفة عناصر التوافق بينهم. خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه من الممكن الاستفادة من المعايير المتوافقة بين الطفل الطبيعى والطفل التوحدى فى إيجاد بيئة فراغية مشتركة بينهم ومن الممكن التعامل أيضاً مع المساحة الشخصية التى يحتاجها كل طفل فى الفراغ العام الترفيهى بشكل تفاعلى.
