| Abstract | ||||
| هدف هذا البحث دراسة متطلبات القيادة الرقمية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة في ضوء الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، حيث تم استعراض الأدبيات المتعلقة بمفهوم القيادة الرقمية ومواصفات القائد الرقمي والثورة الصناعية الرابعة وأهم ممارسات القيادة الرقمية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها أن دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تسعى جاهدة لتطوير ممارسات القادة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ليكونوا قادة رقميين ومن أهم توصيات البحث تعزيز الوعي الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العاليويجب على القادة أن يكونوا على دراية بأحدث التطورات التكنولوجية في إطار الثورة الصناعية الرابعة و تطوير استراتيجية رقمية،و تحديد الأهداف ووضع خطط عمل ملموسة و تعزيز الثقافة التكنولوجية، تطوير الكفاءات الرقمية و دراسة أفضل الممارسات العالمية في مجال القيادة الرقمية وتحليل تأثيرها على المؤسسات التعليمية. The aim of this research is to study the requirements of digital leadership in higher education institutions in the United Arab Emirates in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The descriptive method was employed, where relevant literature regarding the concept of digital leadership, the qualities of a digital leader, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and key practices of digital leadership in higher education institutions in the UAE were reviewed. One of the significant findings is that the UAE is actively striving to enhance leadership practices in higher education institutions to foster digital leaders. Among the research recommendations are the promotion of digital awareness within these institutions and the necessity for leaders to stay informed about the latest technological advancements within the framework of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This involves developing a digital strategy, setting concrete goals, formulating action plans, fostering a technological culture, improving digital competencies, studying global best practices in digital leadership, and analyzing their impact on educational institutions. | ||||
