Abstract
Stiff left atrial (LA) is independent of LA diameter
and associated with low LA compliance. We
investigated the physiological and clinical
implications of LA compliance among patients with
Rheumatic tight Mitral stenosis either in sinus rhythm
or in atrial fibrillation (AF).
