The research aims to identify the determinants of development and evaluate the extent of the projects’ ability to solve the problems that farmers suffer from and the sustainability of achieving the goals of these development projects. The research relied on the use of the descriptive analytical method to present and analyze the research problem. the current situation and various variables related to the research. The research also relied on quantitative analysis to measure the extent of sustainability. Existing projects and their ability to achieve their goals through various statistical methods achieve the following results: It is clear from the economic evaluation of the projects that the use of integrated agricultural practices with the start of the project activities led to an improvement in indicators of the efficiency productive and economic of the crops grown compared to the use of traditional agricultural practices before the start of the project activities. as these indicators are (crop productivity - total costs - total revenues - Net profit - ratio of revenues to costs - standard return on invested pounds). Therefore. the research recommends increasing the number of existing agricultural projects in the New Valley Governorate. which help train farmers on modern technologies in order to achieve the best use of the resources available in the region and work to produce new strains of crops that adapt to the conditions of the region in order to increase productivity. | ||||
