Abstract | ||||
اهتمت الدول المتقدمة والنامية بالتعلم الإلكتروني في بيئة التعليم العالي للمساهمة في تعزيز بناء المعرفة، ونشرها؛ الذي ينعكس على نمو المجتمع في جميع المجالات. وتناولت الدراسة عدد من القضايا ذات العلاقة بالتعلم الإلكتروني. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد توافق في بعض القضايا بين الدول الثلاث المملكة العربية السعودية، ونيوزيلندا، وفنلندا حيث أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي رتب الدول الثلاث في تناول "القضايا الإدارية"، "القضايا الأخلاقية"، و "قضايا التقويم"، بينما يوجد فروق داله احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين متوسط رتب الدول الثلاث في تناول قضايا "نوع التعلم الإلكتروني"، "القضايا التقنية"، "القضايا التربوية"، و"قضايا التطبيقات التقنية". ويتضح تفوق نيوزيلندا في تناول بعض القضايا الإدارية مقارنة بالسعودية وفنلندا كقضيتي "كفاية ميزانية دعم التعلم الإلكتروني"، و"وضوح سياسات التعلم الإلكتروني"، يتضح من جدول (4) أن الدول الثلاث جميعها تناولت القضايا التقنية للتعلم الإلكتروني بدرجة قليلة تكاد تكون منعدمة في دولة فنلندا. كما يتضح تفوق السعودية في بعض القضايا التربوية مقارنة بفنلندا ونيوزيلندا كقضية "التفاعل بين المعلم والمتعلمين". كما يتضح تفوق السعودية في بعض قضايا التقويم مقارنة بفنلندا ونيوزيلندا كقضية "تقويم الطلاب بواسطة اختبار الإلكتروني"، و "تقويم بواسطة الاسئلة الشفهية"، في حين تفوقت نيوزيلندا في تناول قضية "التقويم الذاتي"، و"تقويم الطلاب من خلال مشروع". يتضح تفوق نيوزيلندا في تناول جميع قضايا تطبيقات التقنية وذلك مقارنة بدولتي السعودية وفنلندا. | ||||
