| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على معيقات دمج الطلبة ذوي الاعاقة في مدارس مدينة جنين الاساسية واثر الدمج على تحصيل الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الاساسية، ومعرفة ما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات المعلمين تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة لمعلمي ومعلمات المدارس الاساسية، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة من معلمي ومعلمات (50) معلما ومعلمة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية لتشمل متغيرات الدراسة ومن اجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد أظهرت النتائج ان أهم معيقات دمج الطلبة ذوي الاعاقة في مدارس مدينة جنين الأساسية من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الاساسية قلة المعلمين المؤهلين للتعامل مع الطلبة ذوي الاعاقة. وعدم تقبل الطلبة العاديين للطلبة ذوي الاعاقة في صفوفهم. وسوء تنظيم غرفة الصف بحيث تسهل عملية التعلم للطلبة ذوي الاعاقة. وتبين ان اثر الدمج على تحصيل الطلبة ذوي الاعاقة في مدارس مدينة جنين الأساسية من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الاساسية قد حصل على درجة تقدير كبيرة جدا. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى حول معيقات دمج الطلبة ذوي الاعاقة في مدارس مدينة جنين الاساسية واثر الدمج على تحصيل الطلبة من وجهة معلي ومعلمات المدارس الاساسية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى حول معيقات دمج الطلبة ذوي الاعاقة في مدارس مدينة جنين الاساسية واثر الدمج على تحصيل الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الاساسية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى حول معيقات دمج الطلبة ذوي الاعاقة في مدارس مدينة جنين الاساسية واثر الدمج على تحصيل الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الاساسية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات المستقبلية منها. إجراء دورات تدريبية لكافة المعلمين العاملين في المدارس الحكومية للتعرف على ·الطلبة المعاقين من كافة الجوانب لما لذلك من أهمية في توفير التعامل السليم مع كل حالة .وتوفير البيئة الدراسية التي تسهل مهمة الطالب المعاق والمعلم للوصول لأحسن حالة من الدمج. وضرورة إجراء دراسات للتعرف على اتجاهات المعلمين حول دمج الطلبة المعاقين مع الطلبة العاديين. The study aimed to identify the obstacles to integrating students with disabilities into basic schools in the city of Jenin and the impact of integration on students’ achievement from the point of view of basic school teachers, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences in teachers’ responses depending on the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of experience for school teachers. The study was conducted on a sample of (50) male and female teachers who were chosen randomly to include the variables of the study. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The results showed that the most important obstacle to integrating students with disabilities into basic schools in the city of Jenin, from the point of view of basic school teachers, is the lack of qualified teachers to deal with students with disabilities. Regular students do not accept students with disabilities in their classes. Poor organization of the classroom to facilitate the learning process for students with disabilities. It turned out that the impact of integration on the achievement of students with disabilities in basic schools in the city of Jenin, from the point of view of basic school teachers, received a very high degree of appreciation. It was also shown that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of obstacles to integrating students with disabilities into basic schools in the city of Jenin and the impact of integration on students’ achievement from the point of view of teachers and basic school teachers due to the gender variable. The absence of statistically significant differences on the obstacles to integrating students with disabilities into basic schools in the city of Jenin and the impact of integration on students’ achievement from the point of view of basic school teachers is attributed to the academic qualification variable. It was also shown that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of obstacles to integrating students with disabilities into basic schools in the city of Jenin and the impact of integration on students’ achievement from the point of view of basic school teachers, due to the variable years of experience. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and future proposals. Conducting training courses for all teachers working in government schools to get to know disabled students from all aspects because of the importance of providing proper dealing with each case and providing a study environment that facilitates the task of the disabled student and teacher to reach the best state of inclusion. There is a need to conduct studies to identify teachers’ attitudes about integrating disabled students with ordinary students. | ||||
