Abstract | ||||
This study seeks to examine relationship between talent management practices and continuous improvement (kaizen) in the Egyptian banking sector, the researcher tries also to examine the mediating role of organizational values in shaping this relationship. The study was applied on employees within different departments in different managerial levels in largest commercial banks operating in the Egyptian banking sector. Results showed positive significant relationship between talent management practices and continuous improvement (kaizen). In addition, the researcher found organizational values to have a partial significant mediating effect in shaping the positive relationship that was found between talent management practices & continuous improvement (kaizen). The study recommends Egyptian banks to pay more attention towards enhancing level of applying talent management practices within their banks, in addition to enhancing presence of organizational values; this will lead to increasing level of continuous improvement (kaizen) and accordingly aid banks towards more excellence in performing their business operations. | ||||
