Abstract
الملخص:
تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة ظاهرة صناديق الثروة السيادية التي أصبحت من بين أهم الفاعلين على الساحة المالية الدولية، خاصة بعد التطور والنمو السريع الذي عرفته هذه الصناديق، سواء من حيث أعدادها وحجمها أو تأثيرها على الاقتصادات المحلية وعلى المستوى الدولي، وذلك من خلال عرض أهم صناديق الثروة السيادية العربية وإظهار دورها في إدارة الفوائض النفطية، إضافة إلى عرض تجربة شركة مبادلة للتنمية التي تعد من بين النماذج العربية الناجحة في مجال تسيير وإدارة صناديق الثروة السيادية، كما تم التطرق لأهم التحديات التي تواجهها صناديق الثروة السيادية العربية في سبيل تحقيق تنمية مستدامة، خصوصاً في ظل التقلبات التي تشهدها الساحة الدولية، وكذا تقديم أهم الحلول لنحاج الصندوق في تحقيق دوره.
Abstract
            This Paper aims to study the phenomenon of sovereign wealth fund that has become one of the most important actors in the international financial scene, particularly after the rapid growth on their number and size or their impact on local and international economies, this paper try to treating the subject of the research by presenting of the most important Arab sovereign wealth funds and its role in the managing of oil surpluses, and presented the experience of the Mubadala Development Company, which is one successful Arab models, and provided the most important challenges faced in order to achieve sustainable development, Particularly with the volatility in the international scene, and give solutions for the success the Fund's role.
