| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص الهندسة المالية الإسلامية هي مجموعة الأنشطة التي تتضمن عمليات التصميم والتطوير لكل الأدوات المالية المبتكرة، بالإضافة لإيجاد حلول إبداعية لمشاكل التمويل في إطار الشريعة الإسلامية. وعادة تستخدم لإدارة السيولة والمخاطر المختلفة التي تواجه المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية. ومن خلال البحث نستنتج أنه يمكن تطوير وتطبيق أدوات وآليات تمويلية كخيار الشرط وعقد السلم والتي تتوافق مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية بالإضافة إلى إمكانية استيعاب المنتجات المالية الحديثة من خلال الأخذ بالهندسة المالية الإسلامية . Abstract Islamic financial engineering is the range of activities that include design and development of innovative financial instruments for each operation, as well as to find creative solutions to the problems of funding under Islamic law. And normally used for liquidity management and various risks facing the Islamic financial institutions. A search can conclude that the development and application of tools and mechanisms of financing as an option clause and held peace that is compatible with the provisions of Islamic law and the ability to accommodate modern financial products through the introduction of Islamic financial engineering.
