Abstract | ||||
Business organizations are witnessing continuous challenges and changes in all fields, and therefore facing these challenges is no longer a luxury, but has become an urgent necessity for these organizations, especially those seeking to create a competitive advantage. Artificial intelligence has become one of the most important challenges facing organizations today. This is because of the many services it provides and the expansion of data flows that it achieves, which can only be obtained through artificial intelligence. There is no doubt that data has a fundamental role in achieving the goals of organizations, which is important for achieving the goals of sustainable development. Hence, the research aims to apply artificial intelligence in organizations, as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and deep learning change the way organizations operate, increasing the rate of technological innovation through the ability of artificial intelligence systems to think. Like humans (simulating human intelligence), performing tasks independently, developing intelligence based on their own experiences and processing layers of information for learning, deep learning as a subset of artificial intelligence has brought changes in various aspects that greatly affect organizational capabilities, The research problem revolves around the fact that despite the promising applications of artificial intelligence to overcome organizational barriers and develop organizational capabilities, it is not being implemented adequately. It is necessary to evaluate the basic requirements and factors that enable any organization to apply artificial intelligence, so we propose in this research a model for the mechanisms of applying artificial intelligence.
