Abstract | ||||
The research aimed to identify the personal, social and economic characteristics of the respondents in the research area, and to identify the overall degree of the development returns of the projects for the respondents. The research also aims to identify the problems facing the projects in the research area, as well as proposals for solving them from the point of view of the respondents. To achieve the objectives of the research, five centers were chosen, and they are the Center Bir al-Abd, Al-Arish Center, Sheikh Zuwayd Center, Nakhal Center, and Al-Hasana Center in North Sinai Governorate. The sample was chosen in a systematic, random manner. The total size of the sample reached 365 respondents from (beneficiaries of Project Development Agency funding in the governorate). The results showed that 67.40% of The respondents’ overall score for the projects’ development returns was average. The results also showed that there were seven variables that contributed to explaining the variance in the respondents’ total score for the projects’ development returns. These variables were able to explain about 51% of the variance occurring in the respondents’ total score for the projects’ owners’ development returns. | ||||
