Abstract | ||||
This research describes organizational flexibility and the development of social investment among workers in non-governmental organizations. This study is based on the dimensions of organizational flexibility, which are “leadership capabilities - consensus - prioritization - interaction” and on the dimensions of social investment innovation, which are “innovation and creativity - skills and capabilities - development of knowledge and expertise - distribution Roles. This study aims to achieve a set of goals, including determining the level of organizational flexibility in non-governmental organizations, and determining the level of social investment for workers in non-governmental organizations. This study is one of the descriptive studies that aims to monitor and analyze the relationship between organizational flexibility (as an independent variable) and the development of social investment for employees of non-governmental organizations (as a dependent variable), by citing in this description and analysis the data of the theoretical framework and the results of the field framework of the study. The study is based on the use of a comprehensive social survey approach for workers in the civil society organizations under study in Beni Suef Governorate, who number (114). | ||||
