| نتناول في هذا العرض، رسالة الدكتوراة "المبادئ العليا للدولة وأثرها على النظام القانوني: بين النظرية والتطبيق"، والأطروحة التي تقدم من خلالها، وطرق معالجتها. ونقدم في هذا العرض الأسس المنهجية التي تم اتباعها في تقديم الطرح الخاص بالمبادئ العليا للدولة كأصل للجماعة البشرية التي تتكون منها الدولة، والتي تُعَد – أي تلك المبادئ العليا – الأصل الأَوَّلي الذي يبرر نشأة القانون وكُنهه. Abstract: In this presentation, we discuss the Doctoral thesis “The Supreme Principles of the State and Their Impact on the Legal System: Between Theory and Application,” the thesis through which it is presented, and the methods of addressing it. In this presentation, we present the methodological foundations that were followed in presenting the proposal regarding the supreme principles of the state as the origin of the human group that makes up the state, which are considered – that is, those supreme principles – the primary origin that justifies the emergence and essence of the law. | ||||
