| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العوامل المحددة لمهارات القيادة التحويلية لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي وذلك على عينة من (٢٥٠) تلميذاً وتلميذة من تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي. وتراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (13-15) سنة، بمتوسط عمري قدره (13.55) وانحراف معياري قدره (0.587)، وبواقع (154 ذكور، 96 إناث)، استخدم الباحث مقياس مهارات القيادة التحويلية (من اعداد الباحث )، وقد دلت النتائج على وجود أربعة عوامل أساسية تسهم في قياس مهارات القيادة التحويلية، وهي: التأثير المثالي، الدافعية الإلهامية، الاستثارة الفكرية، والاعتبارية الفردية.عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس مهارات القيادة التحويلية والعوامل الفرعية (الاستثارة الفكرية، الاعتبارية الفردية، الدافعية الإلهامية). وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى 0.05 بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في عامل التأثير المثالي لصالح الإناث، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0.001) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس مهارات القيادة التحويلية وعوامله الفردية (الاستثارة الفكرية، الاعتبارية الفردية، الدافعية الإلهامية، التأثير المثالي) تبعًا لاختلاف الصف الدراسي (الأول، الثاني، الثالث) لصالح الصف الثالث الإعدادي. This study aimed to reveal the factors determining transformational leadership skills among students in the second stage of basic education, on a sample of (250) male and female students in the second stage of basic education, and their chronological ages ranged between (13-15) years, with an average age of (13.55) and a standard deviation of (0.587), with (154 males, 96 females). The researcher used the Transformational leadership skills scale (prepared by the researcher). The results indicated the presence of four basic factors that contribute to measuring the Transformational leadership skills, which are: ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual morality. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females in the total score of the transformational leadership skills scale and the sub-factors (intellectual arousal, individual consideration, and inspirational motivation). There is a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.05 between the average scores of males and females in the ideal influence factor in favor of females. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.001) between the average scores of students in the second stage of basic education in the total score of the scale of transformational leadership skills and its unique factors (intellectual arousal)., individual morality, inspirational motivation, ideal influence) according to the difference in academic grade (first, second, third) in favor of the third year of preparatory school. | ||||
