Abstract | ||||
Some bacterial CAUSES RESpONSIBLE FOR diseases and MORTaLiTies IN CATTLE AND BUFFALO 42 isolates of Clostridium perifriengs isolated from first and second group 12 isolates examined by Multiscreen AgELISA Enterotoxemia The most frequently toxino type was type A (buffalo: 5/50; cattle: 7/50) A total of 14isolates of E coli from first and second group examined serologically positive to O111, O104, O26, O113, O91 ,O103 and O126. PCR results showed that ten strains from 28 isolates from first and second group were Pasteurella multocida and some of them have Kmt1, BlaROB1 and tetH genes. .
