| ملخص تحاول هذه الورقة إلقاء الضوء على ابراز دور بحوث الفعل التشاركي كمقاربة منهجية علمية، تقوم على الاستقصاء المنظم لحل مشكلات تواجهه المجتمع والرغبة في التطوير والاسهام في اكتشاف الحقائق والنظريات والعمل على تطبيقها للاستفادة منها، كما تعتمد على تحديد المشكلات في الواقع المهني المعاش مما يحفز أصحاب الشأن والمهنة لمعالجة تلك المشكلات من خلال عمل تشاركي تعاوني لإيجاد حلول عملية مدروسة لتلك المشكلات. الكلمات الافتتاحية: منهجية، تحليل، بحوث فعل تشاركية Summary This paper attempts to shed light on highlighting the role of participatory action research as a scientific methodological approach, based on organized investigation to solve problems facing society and the desire to develop and contribute to discovering facts and theories and working to apply them to benefit from them. It also depends on identifying problems in the professional living reality, which motivates stakeholders.
