Data collection tools: Perceptions of staff nurses regardingthe artificial intelligence questionnaire and general attitudes towards the artificial intelligence questionnairewere used. Results: The nurses had a moderately positive perception and attitude toward artificial intelligence, with the highest perception related to artificial intelligence ability to reduce medical errors (3.80 ± 1.202). No statistically significant differences were found between the different hospitals (Pediatric , obestatric, kidney and urology hospitals), ages, gender, and residence of the studied nurses, and mean scores of perception and attitude toward AI in healthcare.
