Abstract
The Cabrol aortic root replacement with subsequent 
modifications remains an extremely useful 
technique for the aortic surgeon. The technical 
considerations detailed here allow for the 
uncompromised creation of a hemi-Cabrol 
anastomosis in complex aortic reconstructions
