| Abstract | ||||
| تعد عملية اعداد طالب معلم التربية الفنية عملية شاملة متكاملة داخل المؤسسات التعليمية التى تهدف الى بناء وتشكيل شخصيته حيث أن الهدف الأول من إعداد المعلم هو مساعدته على امتلاك المهنية اللازمة لممارسة أدواره بدرجة عالية من الفاعلية، كما أن عدم توافر المعلم المؤهل قد يؤدي إلى تراجع العملية التعليمية، خاصة أن الوقت الحالى يشهد تطورًا علميًا متسارعًا حيث نلمس هذا التطور والتغير في شتى مجالات الحياة وعلى جميع الأصعدة ولا سيما في مجال التعليم الذي يُعد العمود الفقري للمجتمع الذي يطمح لأن يصل ويلحق بركب الحضارة. ولابد ان يستمر عائد هذا الاعداد الجيد للطالب المعلم اثناء خدمته من اجل استمرار التنمية بما يتناسب مع التغيرات والمستجدات التى تطرأ على الساحة بما يضمن تحقيق واستمرار التنمية المستدامة . The process of preparing a student for an art education teacher is a comprehensive, integrated process within the educational institutions that aims to build and shape his personality as the first goal of preparing the teacher is to help him acquire the necessary professionalism to practice his roles with a high degree of effectiveness, and the lack of a qualified teacher may lead to a decline in the process. Educational, especially since the current time is witnessing an accelerating scientific development, where we see this development and change in various areas of life and at all levels, especially in the field of education, which is the backbone of the society that aspires to reach and catch up with civilization. The return of this good preparation for the student teacher must continue during his later service for the sake of continuing development in a way that suits the changes and developments that occur on the arena to ensure the achievement and continuation of sustainable development. | ||||
