Abstract | ||||
The current study aims to determine the best principles and practices of educational management among the private colleges in Muscat City, Sultanate of Oman. To achieve that, the study examines the influence of teamwork, organizational culture, nature of leadership, professional development, motivations and innovations on college improvements. The SEM analysis results indicated that that the research variables such as Organizational Culture, Professional Development, Teamwork and Innovation have significant positive impact on College Improvement among the private college in the Sultanate of Oman. The study results also demonstrate that Teamwork has the most impact on the success of the private college improvement. However, the SEM analysis also shows that both Nature of Leadership and Motivations has no significant impact on the college improvement amongst private colleges in Muscat City, the Sultanate of Oman. | ||||
