Abstract
يتناول هذا البحث إحدى مهددات السلم المدني وهي (الشائعات) باعتبارها من الظواهر المنتشرة في عصرنا الحالي، وتم تسليط الضوء على التعريف بالشائعات لغة واصطلاحاً، وبيان أماراتها، والهدف الباعث على إثارتها، وخطرها المستطير في الإخلال بأمن الشعوب وزعزعة استقرارها وسلامتها، ثم بعد ذلك تم إظهار منهج السنة النبوية في التصدي لها ابتداءً، ثم معالجة آثارها المترتبة عليها في حال وقوعها، وذلك من باب تقديم مبدأ الدفع على الرفع، وهذا هو الجانب الجديد في هذا البحث، وهو تأصيل وإبراز دور السنة النبوية في علاج المهددات التي تطرأ على المجتمع فتخل بأمنه، وتقدح في سلامته.
This research deals with one of the threats to civil peace, which is (rumors), as it is one of the widespread phenomena in our current era. Light was shed on defining rumors linguistically and terminologically, explaining their signs, the motivational goal of raising them, and their widespread danger of disrupting the security of peoples and destabilizing them and their safety. Then, Showing the approach of the Prophetic Sunnah in confronting it initially, then treating its resulting effects in the event that it occurs, in order to present the principle of repulsion over removal. This is the new aspect of this research, which is establishing and highlighting the role of the Prophetic Sunnah in treating the threats that arise to society and disrupt its security.
