| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلى فحص الشكوك والأسئلة التي تُثار حول المرأة في إطار القيم الإسلامية، ويسعى لتقديم ردود واضحة ومقنعة. ويُناقش البحث قضايا هامة مثل قضية ميراث المرأة، وما تناولوه أعداء الإسلام من أن الإسلام يهدر حقها نظراً لكونها تأخذ على النصف من الرجل مع إيضاح حقيقة هذا الأمر. ويسعى لتقديم تفسير دقيق للأحكام الإسلامية المتعلقة بالمرأة، مثل الشهادة، وتعدد الزوجات، وعدم مساواة المرأة بالرجل في الدم، وأحكام الحيض والحجاب، مُبينًا طبيعتها خارج التصورات المُشوّهة التي تُصوّر تلك الأحكام على أنها تُقيد حقوق المرأة. ويُسلط البحث الضوء على بعض قضايا المرأة في المجتمع، مثل دورها في العمل وتعليمها، ويسعى لتقديم منظورًا إسلاميًا يؤكِّد على تمكين المرأة ودعم نِموها وتطورها في كل مجالات الحياة، دون تَجاهُل حقوقها وواجباتها بحسب ما أرشدنا القرآن والسنة. ويُختتم البحث بِدعوة إلى فهم المرأة في إطار القيم الإسلامية دون تشويه أو مُغالطات، مع بيان كيف كرمها الإسلام وعززها، ومع التأكيد على دورها المُهم في المجتمع. This research aims to examine the doubts and questions raised about the modern woman within the framework of Islamic values and seeks to provide clear and convincing answers. The research discusses important issues such as the issue of inheritance for women, and refutes the claims of Islam's enemies that Islam deprives women of their rights because they receive half the inheritance of men, clarifying the truth of this matter. It seeks to provide a precise interpretation of Islamic rulings related to women, such as testimony, polygamy, the inequality of blood price for women and men, and rulings on menstruation and hijab, explaining their true nature outside the distorted perceptions that portray these rulings as restricting women's rights. The research highlights some issues facing women in society, such as their role in work and education, and strives to present an Islamic perspective that emphasizes the empowerment of women and supports their growth and development in all aspects of life, without neglecting their rights and obligations as guided by the Quran and Sunnah. The research concludes with a call for understanding women within the framework of Islamic values without distortion or misrepresentation, explaining how Islam honored and empowered them, and emphasizing their important role in society. | ||||
