| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة الي تحسين جودة مخرجات عملية المُراجعة وذلك من خلال التعرُف على أثر المتغيرات المُحاسبية والاقتصادية والتكنولوجية على أداء مهام وخدمات المُراجعة بشكل عام والمراجعة الخارجية بشكل خاص. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بإتباع المنهج الاستقرائي لتجميع وتحليل وتفسير المعلومات المُتعلقة بالعناصر الاساسية للدراســــــة، وذلك عن طريق الاطلاع على المراجع العربية والأجنبية، وكذلك ما أصدرته المنظمات المهنية والعلمية وذلك لتحليل أثر المتغيرات المُحاسبية والاقتصادية والتكنولوجية على أداء خدمات المُراجعة. توصلت الدراسة الي هناك متطلبات ضرورية لعملية تطوير خدمات مهنة المراجعة الحالية لتناسب المتغيرات الحديثة في مجال البرامج والتطبيقات الإلكترونية المستحدثة، ينبغي على جهات وضع المعايير مراعاتها عند تعديل أو وضع معايير المراجعة. كما توصلت الي أيضا الي ان مراجع الحسابات في ظل استخدام أنظمة المعلومات الإلكترونية يحتاج إلى خبرات ومهارات خاصة تختلف عن تلك الخبرات المتراكمة لديه من مراجعة أنظمة تقليدية، وضرورة إلمامه التام بأساسيات وأنظمة وبرامج وإجراءات ومعالجات الحاسب الآلي. The study aimed to improve the quality of the audit process outcomes by identifying the impact of accounting, economic, and technological variables on the performance of audit tasks and services. To achieve this goal, the researcher followed the inductive approach to collect, analyze, and interpret information related to the basic elements of the study, by reviewing Arab and foreign references, as well as what was issued by professional and scientific organizations, to analyze the impact of accounting, economic, and technological variables on the performance of audit services. The study found that there are necessary requirements for the process of developing the services of the current auditing profession to suit modern changes in the field of innovative electronic programs and applications, which standard-setting bodies should consider when amending or setting auditing standards. I also concluded that the auditor, considering the use of electronic information systems, needs special experiences and skills that differ from the experiences he has accumulated from reviewing traditional systems, and the necessity of his complete familiarity with the basics, systems, programs, procedures, and computer processors. | ||||
