| Abstract | ||||
| يحاول هذا البحث أن يكشف عن عناية البيان النبوي بأسلوب الاحتراس ؛ لأهميته في تحقيق هدفه الأسمى بتمكين الحقائق الدينية في نفوس أتباعه ومريديه ؛ لما له من أثر في إبلاغ الرسالة المحمدية للخلائق قاطبة ، لاسيما أثره القوي في فهم أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية ،وضبطها ، وإيصالها لهم في صورة واضحة ناصعة ، لا يكتنفها لبس ،ولا يشوبها خلط أو تشوش ؛ لأن المكلفين بالتشريع الإسلامي يعوزهم النظر الدقيق وتحرير التكاليف من أواصر الاحتمال غير المقصود ، وهنا تبرز قيمة الاحتراس التي تنبثق من طبيعته الوظيفية ،وقيمته الفنية في دفع توهم خلاف المقصود، وصيانة المعنى ، وحفظه، والاحتياط له توخيًا للدقة في التعبير عن المقصود ، وتزداد تلك القيمة من خلال علاقتها بمقاماتها التي وردت فيها . ولذا بدأت دراستي بتحرير مصطلح الاحتراس ، والتفريق بينه وبين بعض المصطلحات التي تتداخل معه ، والتعريف بقيمته البلاغية والفنية ،ثم قمت بدراسة دور الاحتراس في استيفاء الحكم الفقهي ، واستنباطه ،وتوجيهه ، وضبطه من خلال مقاماته المتنوعة ، وسياقاته المتعددة ، كسياق الحديث عن العبادات ، وسياق الحديث عن المعاملات المالية والأسرية، وسياق الحديث عن العقيدة، والأخلاق وبعض آداب الإسلام ...إلخ ؛ لأؤكد على دور الاحتراس - خاصة والبلاغة العربية عامة - في توجيه الحكم الشرعي ، والتأكيد على أن كثيرا من الاستنباطات الفقهية للنص النبوي كان موردها الأسلوب البلاغي ، وخاصة الاحتراس . ومن ثم التأكيد على قيمة الدراسات البينية، حيث كشف هذا البحث عن العلاقة الحميمة بين علوم العربية وعلوم الشريعة( الفقه - أصول الفقه - الحديث) والتي تعد مطلبًا مهمًا في ظل التطور المتسارع في ميادين العلم والمعرفة ، والبحث العلمي لتحقيق الإفادة التكاملية بين العلوم المختلفة وتكوين عقول علمية شمولية . This research tries to reveal the Prophet's interest in the method of vigilance of its importance in achieving its supreme objective by enabling religious realities among its followers and mourners, as it has a bearing on communicating the Mohammadi message to all creatures, especially its strong impact on understanding the provisions of Islamic sharia law. unequivocal, unequivocal and unequivocal, ". It is not confused or confused, because those responsible for Islamic legislation lack careful consideration and cost release from unintended probability; Here it highlights the value of vigilance that derives from its functional nature, and its artistic value in pushing an illusion other than what is meant, Preservation, preservation and precaution of meaning for accurate expression of intent and that value is increased through its relationships with its premises, so I started my study by editing the term "vigilance". The distinction between it and some of the terms that overlap with it, and the definition of its eloquent and technical value, Then I studied the role of vigilance in fulfilling the jurisprudence, deducing it, Guiding it, adjusting it through its various sizes, and its multiple contexts such as the context of speaking about worship, and the context of talking about financial and family transactions and the context of the colonel's talk, the etiquette... etc., to emphasize the role of vigilance - In particular, Arabic language in general, in directing the legitimate judgment and affirming that many of the jurisprudence of the Prophet's text was supplied by the rhetorical method, especially vigilance. This research revealed the intimate relationship between Arabic sciences and sharia sciences (jurisprudence - the origins of jurisprudence - modern), which is an important requirement in view of the accelerated development in the fields of science and knowledge, and scientific research to achieve the integral benefit between different sciences and the formation of comprehensive scientific minds. | ||||
