| Abstract | ||||
| تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلي معرفة وتحديد أثر أبعاد التدوير الوظيفي علي الرضا الوظيفي للموظفين الإداريين والعاملين بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية من منظور تنظيم المجتمع والتى تتمثل في (بعد التدريب وتنمية المهارات، توصيف الوظائف، إستراتيجية التطور أو النمو الوظيفي، النظم والإجراءات التنظيمية)، كذلك تحديد إسهامات التدوير الوظيفي وأثره علي الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين، وتحديد معوقات تطبيق التدوير الوظيفي، ووضع توصيات وآليات تنفيذ إجرائية وتصور مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع حيث استخدمت في الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للعاملين والموظفين الإداريين بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية- جامعة حلوان. الكلمات المفتاحية: التدوير الوظيفي- الرضا الوظيفي The Impact of Job Rotation on Employee Satisfaction at The Faculty of Social Work , Helwan University From The Perspective of Community Organization Method Abstract: The current study aims to know and determine the impact of job rotation dimensions on job satisfaction of administrative employees and workers at the Faculty of Social Service from the perspective of community organization, which is represented in (training and skills development dimension, job description, career development or growth strategy, organizational systems and procedures), as well as determining the contributions of job rotation and its impact on job satisfaction of employees, identifying obstacles to the application of job rotation, and developing recommendations and procedural implementation mechanisms and a proposed vision from the perspective of community organization method, as the study used the comprehensive social survey method for employees and administrative employees at the Faculty of Social Service - Helwan University. | ||||
