| تناقش تلك الدراسة طرق وأساليب وأليات العزل الوظيفي في عصر بني مرين، والتي تنوعت ما بين العزل لأسباب سياسية، أو بسبب الاستعفاء من المنصب لأسباب خاصة بالسلطة أو لأسباب خاصة بالموظف نفسه، وكذلك لسخط الرأي العام على الإداريين في عصر بني مرين فكان سببًا في عزلهم من مناصبهم، وتحاول هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى الطرق التي أدت إلى عزل موظفي الدولة خلال عصر بني مرين. This study discusses the methods of job dismissal in the Beni Marin era, which varied between dismissal for political reasons, or due to dismissal from the position for reasons related to the authority or for reasons specific to the employee himself, as well as public opinion’s dissatisfaction with the administrators in the Beni Marin era, which was a reason for their removal from their positions. This study attempts to address the reasons and methods that led to the isolation of state employees during the Beni Marin era. | ||||
