| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث الى إنقاص مؤشر كتلة الجسم وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات المور وفسيولوجية لمرضي السكري من النوع الثاني، واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لمناسبته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة وقد أستخدم الباحث التصميم التجريبي باستخدام القياس (القبلي- البيني- البعدي) لمجموعة تجريبية واحدة، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من خلال المراجعة المستمرة للعيادة الباطنية بمركز الرياض محافظة كفرالشيخ، وبالتعاون مع عيادة الباطنية فكان عددهم ثلاثين مريضاً ذكراً، وبعمر (40-٥5) عاماً، وتم استبعاد عشرين منهم يعانون أمراضاً مزمنة، وتم استبعاد اثنين؛ لعدم انتظامهما بحضور التدريب، وبذلك اصبح العدد المتبقي ثمانية مصابين، وكانت أهم النتائج وجود ارتباط دال إحصائي طردي موجب بين مستوى انقاص مؤشر كتلة الجسم(BMI) وبين المتغيرات متغيرات السكر ودهون الدم (دهون الدم عالية الكثافة – دهون الدم منخفضة الكثافة – الدهون الثلاثية)، البرنامج الحركي المستخدم كان له تأثير فعال وايجابي في خفض مستوي كل من المتغيرات (السكر التراكمى - دهون الدم عالية الكثافة - الدهون الثلاثية(كولستيرول)) وكان البرنامج الحركي المستخدم له تأثير ايجابي على بعض المتغيرات المورفولوجية (محيط الصدر - محيط الذراعين- محيط الفخذ- محيط البطن) وله تأثير ايجابي على بعض المتغيرات الفسيولوجية (النبض- ضغط الدم الانبساطي- ضغط الدم الانقباضي). وكانت أهم التوصيات، تعميم تطبيق البرنامج المقترح على مرضى السكر من النوع الثاني بالمستشفيات لمساعدة مرضى السكر من النوع الثاني وذلك للحد من مرض السكر، ضرورة الاهتمام ببرامج التثقيف الصحي لمرضى السكر من النوع الثاني ومتابعتهم. The study aimed to reduce the Body Mass Index (BMI) and its relationship with certain morphological and physiological variables in patients with type 2 diabetes. The researcher employed an experimental method suitable for the nature of this study, utilizing a design that included pre-test, intermediary, and post-test measurements for a single experimental group. The study sample was selected through continuous review at the internal medicine clinic at the Riyadh Center, Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, in collaboration with the internal medicine clinic, comprising thirty male patients aged between 40 and 55 years. Twenty patients suffering from chronic illnesses were excluded, along with two others due to inconsistencies in their training attendance, resulting in a remaining sample of eight diabetic patients. The main findings indicated a significant positive statistical correlation between the reduction in BMI and variables such as blood sugar levels and blood lipids (high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, and triglycerides). The exercise program implemented had a positive and effective impact on lowering levels of the variables measured (glycated hemoglobin, high-density lipoprotein, triglycerides, and cholesterol). Additionally, the program positively influenced some morphological variables (chest circumference, arm circumference, thigh circumference, and waist circumference) and demonstrated beneficial effects on certain physiological variables (pulse rate, diastolic blood pressure, and systolic blood pressure). Key recommendations include the widespread application of the proposed program for patients with type 2 diabetes in hospitals to help manage the condition effectively, as well as emphasizing the importance of health education programs for these patients and providing continuous follow-up. | ||||
