| ملخص: دراسة تأثير المنطق في علم الأصول بالبحـث في مـصادر علـم أصـول الفقه، وهو محل جدير بعناية من حيث توضح حقيقة واقعة من حيث أوضح وأخذ الکلمة في تعلم أصول الفقه ومـصادره. َّوثمـة حاجـة ملحـة لإعـادة النَّظـر في علاقـة أصـول الفقـه بمـصادره الحقيقيــة أو المزعومـة کـالمنطق. وفي کــل هـذا تجديد في ترشــيح العنق، وتفريق بين ما کان منها أصولي الولادة والمنشأ، وما کان منها حمل على أصول الفقه. Abstract Studying the impact of logic in the science of assets by searching the sources of the principles of jurisprudence, which is a worthy place in terms of clarifying a reality in terms of clarity and taking the word in learning the principles of jurisprudence and its sources. There is an urgent need to reconsider the relationship of the principles of jurisprudence to its actual or alleged sources such as logic. In all of this there is a renewal in the candidacy of the neck, and a differentiation between what were the principles of birth and origin, and those that carried on the principles of jurisprudence. | ||||
