| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث الحالي إلى القيام بدراسة تحليلية للتعرف علي معوقات استثمار أنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية ببلطيم محافظة كفر الشيخ ، وذلك من خلال التعرف علي : المعوقات المرتبطة بماهية استثمار أنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية،والاتجاهات التنظيمية لتفعيل أنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية والمرتبطة بتأهيل العاملين على أنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية والاستثمار في أنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية وجذب السائحين والمترددين للممارسة أشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية تساؤلات البحث:ما هى المعوقات المرتبطة بماهية استثمار أنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية والاتجاهات التنظيمية لتفعيل أنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية وتأهيل العاملين على أنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية واستثمار في أنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية وجذب السائحين والمترددين للممارسة أشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية وقداستخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفى (أسلوب الدراسات المسحية)، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العمدية وتتكون من(79) إدارى (8) مسؤل و(15) أكاديمى بإجمالى (102) من المسئولين و والاداريين و الاكاديميين بنسبة 100 %، وتم اختيار (20) من الاداريين للدراسة الاستطلاعية بنسبة 60 .19 %،(82) منهم للدراسة الاساسية ، بالاضافة الى عدد(180) من المترددين للاستفادة من الخدمات المقدمة بنسبة01 .13 %، (وتم اختيار(60) من المستفيدين للدراسة الاستطلاعية ، و(110) للدراسة الاساسية وتوصلت نتائج الدراسه الي وجود العديد من المعوقات التى تحول دون التطبيق الأمثل لبرامج وأنشطة السياحة الترويحية الخلوية بمدينة بلطيم المصيف محافظة كفر الشيخ وانه لا توجد إجراءات تنظيمية محددة يتم تطبيقها علي كافة المنشئات السياحية الترويحية الخلوية بمدينة بلطيم المصيف محافظة كفر الشيخ لتنفيذ برامج السياحة الترويحية الخلوية ويوصي الباحثين بحث المسؤلين عن السياحة الترويحية بصفة عامة و السياحة الترويحية بصفة خاصة و السياحة الترويحية الخلوية بمدينة بلطيم المصيف على وجة الخصوص علي تطوير أنشطة وبرامج السياحة الترويحية الخلوية . The current research aims to conduct an analytical study to identify the obstacles to investing in cellular recreational tourism activities in Baltim, Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. This involves understanding the challenges related to the nature of investing in cellular recreational tourism activities, the organizational trends for activating these activities, training personnel involved in cellular recreational tourism, and attracting tourists and visitors to engage in these activities. Research questions include: What are the obstacles associated with the nature of investing in cellular recreational tourism activities, the organizational trends for activating these activities, training personnel in this field, investing in these activities, and attracting tourists and visitors to participate? The researchers employed a descriptive approach (survey method) and intentionally selected a sample consisting of 79 administrators, 8 officials, and 15 academics, totaling 102 individuals from responsible and administrative roles, which is 100% of the sample. For the pilot study, 20 administrators were chosen, making up 19.60%, while 82 were selected for the main study. Additionally, 180 visitors were included to benefit from the services provided, which represents 13.01%. Of these, 60 beneficiaries were selected for the pilot study and 110 for the main study. The findings revealed several obstacles preventing the optimal implementation of cellular recreational tourism programs and activities in the city of Baltim, Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. It was noted that there are no specific regulatory procedures being applied across all recreational tourism establishments in Baltim for implementing these programs. The researchers recommend that officials focus on recreational tourism in general, and specifically on cellular recreational tourism in Baltim, emphasizing the need to develop activities and programs in this area. | ||
