| Abstract | ||||
| يلعب الشكل الأنثروبومتري وتحديداً تكوين الجسم دوراً حاسماً في الأداء البدني للكثير من الرياضات الجماعيه والفرديه ونري أن القياسات الجسمية للرياضي تعتبر من العوامل الهامة والمؤثرة فى كفاءة الأداء الرياضي لما لها من تأثيرات مختلفة ترتبط بالنواحي البدنية والمهارية والميكانيكية ولذلك ، حيث يقوم هذا المنهج بوصف ما هو قائم وتفسيرة . تم إختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من لاعبات نادي "La Vie Club" بالمنوفية حيث بلغت قوامها (10) لاعبات جمباز مسجلين بالإتحاد المصري للجمباز تحت 10 سنوات . في ضوء أهداف البحث ونتائجة وفى حدود عينة البحث وخصائصها وإستناداً إلى المعالجات الإحصائية والإمكانات المتاحة من أدوات مستخدمة وبعد عرض النتائج وتفسيرها تمكنت الباحثة من التوصل إلى الإستنتاجات الآتية :وجود علاقة إرتباط بن مستوى أداء الجملة الإجبارية لجهاز عارضتين مختلفا الإرتفاع للاعبات الجمباز تحت 10 سنوات و المتغيرات الأنثروبومترية ( الوزن – الطول الكلي – طول الذراع – طول الساعد – طول العضد – طول الرجل – محيط الصدر – طول الرجل – محيط الصدر – محيط الساعد – محيط العضد المنقبض ) . وجود علاقة إرتباط بن مستوى أداء الجملة الإجبارية لجهاز عارضتين مختلفا الإرتفاع للاعبات الجمباز تحت 10 سنوات و المتغيرات الفسيولوجية قيد البحث (النبض/الدقيقة – ضغط الدم – السعة الحيوية – الحد الأقصي لإستهلاك الأكسجين – نسبة الهيموجلوبين فى الدم – عدد كرات الدم الحمراء). Anthropometric measurements, particularly body composition, play a crucial role in the physical performance of many individual and team sports. The body measurements of athletes are considered significant factors influencing athletic performance efficiency, due to their diverse impacts on physical, skill-related, and mechanical aspects. This study aims to describe and interpret these existing factors. A purposive sample of (10) registered gymnasts under the age of 10 from "La Vie Club" in Menoufia was selected for this research. Based on the objectives and results of the study, along with the characteristics of the sample and the statistical methods employed, the researcher was able to reach the following conclusions: There is a correlation between the performance level of the compulsory routine on parallel bars of varying heights for gymnasts under 10 years old and various anthropometric variables (weight, total height, arm length, forearm length, upper arm length, leg length, chest circumference, thigh length, forearm circumference, and bicep circumference). Additionally, there is a correlation between the performance level of the compulsory routine on parallel bars of different heights for gymnasts under 10 years old and the physiological variables under investigation (heart rate per minute, blood pressure, vital capacity, maximum oxygen consumption, hemoglobin levels in the blood, and red blood cell count). | ||||
