| الملخص العربي لا يستقيم الفهمُ المُنضبِط لفقه الحسن البصري ، إلا لمن أَتقَن علوم اللغة ، وبخاصة الجانب الصرفي ودلالاته ؛ فالحسن البصري قد عُني بتوظيف الصيغ الصرفية في آرائه الفقهيَّة ، التي تظهر جلية فيما نقل عنه في (موسوعة فقه الحسن البصري) ؛ فكان اختيار الباحث لعنوان (اتفاق الصيغة واللفظ في المصادر والأفعال في موسوعة فقه الحسن البصري ـــ دراسة صرفية دلالية) ؛ للكشف عن الجانبين الصرفي والدلالي ؛ من خلال آراء الحسن البصري الفقهية لإبراز أثرِ الصيغ الصرفية ودلالاتها ، في كثير من الاستنباطات الفقهيَّة . English Abstract Nobody has disciplined understanding of the jurisprudence of Al-Hasan Al-Basri, except for those who have mastered the linguistic sciences, especially the morphological aspect and its connotations. Al-Hasan Al-Basri was concerned with employing morphological forms in his jurisprudential opinions, which appears clearly in what was quoted about him in (Al-Hasan Al-Basri’s Encyclopedia of Jurisprudence). The researcher's choice of the title was (Form and Pronunciation Agreement of in infinitives and verbs in the Encyclopedia of Fiqh Al-Hasan Al-Basri - a morphological-semantic study); To reveal the morphological and semantic aspects; Through the jurisprudential opinions of Al-Hasan Al-Basri to highlight the impact of morphological forms and their connotations in many jurisprudential deductions. | ||
